Fortune Pearl Hotel, Dubai (AE) - Deals & Reviews

My xmas stay in this hotel was generally enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very professional. The best aspects of the hotel were the wonderful pool and the speedy and reliable wifi. Additionally, the location was perfect for accessing key attractions in the area.

However, the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety. Also, the hotel was located quite far from the nearest metro station, which could be a big inconvenience for some guests.

This hotel offers convenient access to popular shopping destinations, including Dubai and Deira City Malls. The rooms are well-equipped, and the service and breakfast are excellent. Guests can enjoy stunning views from their rooms or take advantage of the hotel's leisure facilities. Families with children will appreciate the kid-friendly amenities provided by the hotel.

One drawback is the limited space in the hotel's lobby.

The hotel staff were amazing! They treated me like family and were always attentive to my needs. The room was always clean and I could request cleaning anytime. The location was ideal for me and there were lots of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The spa was also cheap and very relaxing.

We got two glasses with complimentary sparkly wine upon arrival which was really sweet. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the metro and shopping malls. The rooftop pool was really nice and had a great view of the city.

The breakfast buffet was pretty average and the restaurant was crowded. The rooms were small and a bit outdated. We stayed during Christmas and there was no festive atmosphere or decorations in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

Incredible base for exploring Dubai. All in all, I spend my time perfectly. Having a shower, a hairdryer and slippers was a bonus. Moreover, I could use free WiFi.

The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. Right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Our experience here was good! Appreciated on-site restaurant KAIRALI.

We stayed 03 days. Very good for family stay. Nice staff and they are very help full.

Clubs should be more sound proof.

they charge astronomically almost like the Hayatt standard room but the facility and staff are like a a two star or less hotel

Good and well maintained

Staff is not trained and professional, internet facility they offer free, but not work always. During my stay for three days.and no action were taken by management even after number of complaints.

Courteous professional staff. When I got lost the staff at the Fortune Grand graciously arranged transport to the Fortune pearl. I was treated with great courtesy. I liked the rooftop pool even though the heater was out (in January). The room was a good value and clean, and the staff were always busy cleaning the premises, but one must always check for one's self. I found a glass in the bathroom that had leftover toothpaste which I washed for myself.

LOUD nightclub noise until 3 AM! Had to change rooms from 2nd floor to 4th. I was put off a bit by some of the junior staff, such as the doorman and one of the new cleaning staff, who were eager to shake hands. I am accustomed to shaking hands for business meetings and social introductions, but not as a normal greeting gauntlet to arrive at my room. I am happy to provide a tip when good service is rendered, such as when the porter carried my backpack and shopping bag to my room (even though I am capable of carrying my own backpack and actually prefer to do so) and I am pleased to return every smile and gesture of human courtesy, but I think the junior staff went overboard.

The price is okay..

Ac is not working well and needs to improve customer service and hospitality

They charged me for minibar which I didnt use. When I try to explain that those items were not in the room but they force me to pay instid of checking the items and listening to the customer..
